Collaboration Insights Launches yüMIvü – The People Chemistry Platform

LINCOLN, Nebraska – August 12, 2021 – Collaboration Insights, a People Chemistry Company, announces that it has begun testing its yüMIvü collaboration platform. Whether it’s a business team, friends, or family, yüMIvü makes sure people connections stay strong across all aspects of work and life. The new technology makes teams stronger by making members aware of each other’s unique wiring and providing the best strategies for success

yüMIvü is a front-line, people-chemistry coach that returns immediate insights – and keeps adding new ones – into how a person’s brain is naturally wired to:

  • Lead and communicate
  • Learn and remember
  • Process decisions
  • Stay motivated
  • Collaborate with others
  • Problem-solve

Pronounced “you-me-view,” yüMIvü is a play on the insights the app provides “about you (yu), about me (MI), and about our comparative view (vu).” yüMIvü is fun and easy to set up. Users answer questions to create their profile. Then, they can choose who they want to compare to – a colleague, a few people, or an entire project team. When group makeup changes, yüMIvü instantly adjusts, showing how the new team can find common ground, avoid potential friction points, and more.

yüMIvü instantly reveals new insights when team makeup changes.

“yüMIvü is capable of improving team performance, on a continuous basis. It aligns with board and executive mandates to manage the lack of employee trust and engagement risks hindering social responsibility goals,” said Tony Rock, who serves on the Collaboration Insights board.

The yüMIvü platform participates in the $9.5 billion U.S. team collaboration software market, which is expected to reach a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.7 percent from 2020 to 2027. yüMIvü seeks to reduce the $7 trillion cost of lost productivity that is a direct reflection of the 85 percent of global employees who say they are not engaged or are actively disengaged.

“Human interaction and team success flow or fail based on compatibility, not capability,” said Stephen Tucker, a founding member of the yüMIvü team. Technologies like Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Workday, Atlassian, and Asana, along with traditional tools like email and calendar invites, help keep people connected but fail to consider we are unique.”

yüMIvü is free for an individual and up to five friends; additional connections and features are available via a subscription model. The patent-pending platform is centered on the individual user – so people own their profile data and can refer to it repeatedly. In addition, users get to manage who they connect to and who sees their profile. yüMIvü also allows users to participate in multiple unique groups.

Collaboration Insights is currently seeking a select number of early yüMIvü collaborators. If you are interested in learning more, contact Tony Rock.
