The Collaboration Insights team has ties to both the Lincoln and Kansas City startup communities. Members have extensive expertise in technology operations, software development, behavioral science, and venture development. In several cases, team members have previously worked together on successful ventures.
Tony Rock
Board Member
Tony is a senior executive and adviser who works with management teams and investors to accelerate value. He has extensive market development, technology, product, and operational leadership experience. Tony has served in executive roles in leading growth initiatives for Kansas City technology innovators such as Saepio, Archer, SCD Probiotics, and Lockpath.
Stephen Tucker
President
Stephen excels at building products, markets, brands, demand-generation systems, and categories. He was part of leadership team for Saepio, helping to grow the Kansas City startup from concept creation to industry leadership before its sale to BrandMuscle. He relocated to Lincoln in 2014 and began collaborating with Doc Bolton.

Chief Technology Officer
Doc Bolton is an active member of the Lincoln, Nebraska, startup community. He is an alumnus of NMotion Gener8tor innovation development program. Bolton and his firm, Parse Software, have helped multiple startup firms successfully bring products to market.
Kim Wiseman, Ph.D.
Behavioral Scientist
Dr. Wiseman is recognized as an expert in the area of Multiple Intelligences. She and Tim Golden created advanced testing in Multiple Intelligences and human motivation that has been used successfully in classroom and in business settings.

Tim is a veteran educator who has won awards for his approach to curriculum development using Multiple Intelligences. He partnered with Dr. Kim Wiseman to create an advanced Multiple Intelligences platform to help people succeed in the classroom and in business environments.
Donna Pirotte
Marketing Leader
Donna Pirotte is a longtime consultant to tech companies who has worked with Tony Rock and Stephen Tucker in the Kansas City startup community. Her career began at Innovative Software, one of Kansas City’s earliest tech successes.
Casey Kettler
UX Engineer
An experienced designer and front-end developer, Casey Kettler leads the yüMIvü user experience (UX) design team. He is a co-owner of Lincoln, Nebraska-based Parse Software where he designs websites, apps and graphics. Casey has helped numerous startups bring digital products to life.
